How to Order

When you find an item you would like to order, click the item to see detailed information and to enter the quantity you desire. Click the "Add to cart" button and the item will be added to your shopping cart.

Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, the item will appear in your shopping cart. To view your cart, click on the view cart button in the top navigation bar.

You can always change the quantities or remove items within your shopping cart before you place your order.

Building a shopping cart is not a commitment to purchase the items in your cart.


Checking Out

Go to your shopping cart page by clicking "View Cart" at the top of any page.

Review the items in your shopping cart.

To remove any items you do not wish to purchase, adjust the quantity of that item to 0, then press the "Update" button. That item will be removed from your cart.

To change the quantity of an item, change the number in the corresponding quantity box, then press the "Update" button.

Your cart is where you will also choose your shipping method through the pull-down menu.

When you have finished reviewing your cart, continue by clicking the "check out" button at the bottom of the page.

If you have visited Redi-Tag.com before and have an account already set up, you may log-in at this point and all of your information that you have on file with us will be entered for you, speeding up your check out process. If you are a new user, you will have the opportunity to create an account and enter all of your billing and shipping information at this time.

You will then review your billing and shipping information, clicking the "continue" button after each step.

You will have one last chance to review your order contents, and billing and shipping information before you submit your credit card information. Once you confirm all order information and enter your credit card information, press the "submit order" button only once.

After your order is submitted, a thank you page will appear. Print a copy of this page using your browser. It contains valuable information about your order and will serve as your receipt. If you have problems printing this page, please write down your order number for future reference.


Online Payments

In order to protect your credit card information from theft, a Unix Web Server is being used that supports the SSL protocol. If your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol (currently the majority of browsers do), then your credit card information will be protected whenever you submit a credit card number to us. We have designed our order software to automatically detect whether your browser supports secure transactions. It will automatically notify you if your browser does not support  this feature. You may also watch for a closed padlock usually located in the bottom navigation bar.


Secure Payment by Phone

If you still feel uncomfortable submitting your credit card number online, you may contact us toll-free at 1-800-445-1480 and speak with a customer service representative. You may also print out your shopping cart order and fax it to us at 1-800-642-9861.


E-commerce Policies
We normally ship within 2 days from the time your order is received. Orders will typically be processed the next business day after the order is placed and then shipped the following business day. If an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you with the expected date the item will be back in stock. We do not sell your name or e-mail address to any other vendors. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges shown are for U.S. destinations only. Minimum freight for an international shipment is $30.00. Please contact Customer Support to place an order to ship outside the U.S.

Shipping Policies
On checkout, you will need to select a shipping option.
Shipping options are:
Standard Delivery: 1-7 business days
Overnight Delivery: By the end of the next business day (some areas may take 2 business days)

Standard Delivery:
Shipping Time does not include 48 Hour Processing Time.
This means that for orders shipping Standard Delivery you can expect 1-2 business days to process and 1-7 business days to ship. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days.

Overnight Delivery:
These orders will be processed and shipped the next business day after the order is received. You will receive your order by the end of the third business day.
For example, if you place your Overnight order on Monday, it will process on Tuesday and you will receive it by the end of the day on Wednesday. If you place your order on Friday, it will process on Monday and you will receive it by the end of the day on Tuesday. Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days so plan accordingly.

Return Policies

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us in the original packing materials within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange the item or issue you a full refund for the price of the item only.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please e-mail or call us regarding problems with your order. We cannot accept returns that are not pre-authorized. Items that are returned incomplete will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.


Credit Accounts
Orders on RediTag.com are by credit card. Credit Accounts with Redi-Tag Corporation are primarily set up for large office products resellers or large medical facilities that order several times per year. Please contact our sales department at 800-421-7585 or e-mail sales@reditag.com for more information. Credit Account approval is based on your company's credit history and is up to the discretion of the Redi-Tag Customer Service.


Credit Account Minimum Order
Credit accounts have a minimum order of $40.00. Orders under the minimum amount will be subject to a handling fee.
